We’re learning the hard way not to promise a date, but it’s looking like a March opening.  We’ve begun brewing and have four batches fermenting away:  IPA, Double IPA, Irish Red Ale and a Cream Ale.  Next brews will be a Dry Irish Stout, a Porter,  and a Pale Ale.

Our goal is to have 6-8 brews ready when we do our soft opening.  We’ll also carry at least one cider and a few wine options.  Look to find true-to-style beers made with the utmost of care.
